Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese – English customer support agent, also known as Happiness Officers, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
In addition to customer support, you will be responsible for translating our product into Vietnamese. You will have access to the necessary tools to facilitate this process easily, and you will regularly translate and moderate the translations of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and live-chat.
- Translate product content into Vietnamese.
- Moderate and review translations from other team members.

- Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
