About the Role
This is a fully remote, voice-based interpretation role requiring real-time bilingual communication between French and English-speaking parties. Selected candidates will serve as the professional communication bridge on live calls, delivering accurate, clear, and neutral interpretation throughout every interaction.
This is a pure voice-based process with zero sales targets and no incentive pressure — your language proficiency and communication skills are the only things that matter here.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate real-time interpretation between French and English-speaking parties on live calls
- Maintain clarity, neutrality, and professionalism throughout every interaction
- Handle live calls with composure, consistency, and attention to detail
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native-level spoken proficiency in both French and English — this is a mandatory occupational requirement for the role
- Graduate from any stream or discipline — mandatory
- Excellent active listening, real-time verbal communication, and interpretation accuracy
- Ability to interpret completely and accurately without paraphrasing or omitting information
- Confident, composed, and professional under live call conditions
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in an international BPO, voice process, or international calling environment is strongly preferred
- Candidates with a background in interpretation, translation, or multilingual communication will be prioritised

- Process Type: Pure Voice-Based | No Sales Targets | Non-Incentive Process
- Entry-Level Compensation: Up to ₹61,000 per month CTC
- Experienced Professional Compensation: Up to ₹81,000 per month CTC
