Job Purpose
This is an exiting opportunity to join RWS TOP sales team and help us drive our NEW Business Development campaigns.
The successful candidate will manage a database of customers in France and Luxembourg and focus on prospecting and generating qualified leads. This will involve outbound calls and emails to decision-makers in language services and technology, with an emphasis on financial sciences translation and tech offerings. Leads will be obtained through marketing initiatives, independent research, and opportunities from conferences.
The Business Development Manager will follow up on campaigns, cold call targets, existing client base, and work with Account Managers to identify contacts and determine buyers and decision-making influencers. The successful candidate must be technically minded and confident in providing RWS’s technology message generating interest in RWS’s solutions.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an outbound revenue generating role
- Financial Services Industry experience is Mandatory.
- Experience in the localization industry will be valuable.
- Proficient in English and French will be valuable.
- The role encompasses coverage of the Luxembourg market which is a key focus for the asset management industry. Knowledge of this market would be advantageous.
- Specialization selling Software (SaaS) and Services B2B.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred, but not required
