The role you’ll play
You will lead the sale cycle from start to finish creating your own portfolio of new business every year and growing existing partnerships. You will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients, preparing pitch and selling material, quotations, and driving customer satisfaction while increasing their lifetime value.
You will work as part of the commercial department driving individual and group targets.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Identifying new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities
· Developing new relationships to help grow our market share
· Lead generation and following the full sale cycling from sourcing to closing new deals through cold calling, networking, customer referrals and face-to-face meetings
· Independently managing each phase of the sales process from start to finish
· Creating proposals, managing and controling pricing and contractual requirements
· Maintaining long-term relationships with clients by delivering superior service to increase customer loyalty and referrals
· Ensuring sound development and profitability on customer and YOY growth
· Identifying, qualifying and acting on prospect leads and building/monitoring a pipeline of opportunities
· Being a hands-on team member who is not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day activities and supporting the immediate and broader teams
· Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) and other tools to maintain the required level of documentation in line with our business processes
· Monitoring Customer Health Indicators in your portfolio and taking actions as required
The team you’ll be a part of
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, working withing the Business Development department and having a close collaboration with our Operations team.
Required experience and competencies
· Experience in Localization & Subtitling Industry
· Self-motivated and proactive
· At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
· Fluent and excellent command of English (written and verbal skills), Arabic language is a plus
· At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a “hunting” Sales environment and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, KPIs and building solid customer relationships
· Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Effective time management skills and attention to detail
· A strong business and commercial acumen
· A proven ability to be self-driven
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
· Experience in reporting on and managing numbers
· A solution oriented and consultative mindset
· Be equally comfortable meeting new stakeholders and moving close to known stakeholders to obtain a “trusted advisor” position
