  1. Customer Service
  • Handle inquiries via online ticketing system.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally across support channels.
  • Maintain and improve the online help center/knowledge base.
  • Manage deposit/withdrawal operations and daily financial reports.
  • Train new or junior team members if needed.

2. Community Management

  • Keep customers informed via social media and outbound communications.
  • Coordinate with moderators and track engagement metrics.
  • Conduct surveys and market research; report trends and opportunities.

3. Localization & Testing

  • Test products as a user and report bugs or translation errors.
  • Translate content from English to local language.
  • Support QA of translations and new features pre-release.

4. Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Create basic content (text/video) using tools like Canva or Capcut.
  • Explore new technologies (e.g., AI tools) to improve productivity.
  • Monitor affiliate/sales platforms and report results regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Customer Service Representative, 1 year as the leader in the technology industry. 
  • Have experience using ticketing/ email systems such as Zendesk, or other supporting CRM platforms.
  • Holding a good understanding about CRM systems is a must for a senior position.
  • Having 2-3 years experience of team management is a plus for a senior.

Qualifications

  • Have passion with NFT, Crypto is a plus.
  • Can work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good at time management.
  • Ability to understand a player’s concerns or situations easily.
  • Ability to handle difficult players in a professional and polite manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • English proficiency is a must.
