At ContentQuo, we help some of the world’s best enterprise localization teams, public sector translation departments, and Global Top-100 translation agencies automate and scale their Linguistic Quality Assessment (LQA) processes. Our clients include some of the best-known brands in IT, Gaming, and Manufacturing, and our SaaS platform is becoming a default requirement in industry RFPs.
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative (Account Manager) with a background in the Localization industry, strong technical aptitude, and excellent English fluency. Your role will be to support our clients, ensure successful onboarding, and help them maximize their usage of ContentQuo (and its value for client). Since our platform is highly specialized, you will need to deeply understand its features and workflows to assist clients effectively.

What You’ll Do
✅ Onboard and support clients to ensure they successfully adopt our software platform.
✅ Educate and guide customers on how to use ContentQuo’s solutions efficiently.
✅ Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and knowledgeable responses.
✅ Work closely with sales and product teams to communicate client feedback and drive improvements.
✅ Analyze client usage and proactively suggest ways they can optimize their workflows.
✅ Help resolve technical issues by working with the development team to provide accurate bug reports and testing.
✅ Assist in renewals and expansions by demonstrating the long-term value of our platform and finding upsell opportunities.
✅ Create and maintain written documentation (FAQs, tutorials, and best practices) to support customers.
Who You Are
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in the language industry, preferably in localization tech sales or language technology roles.
🔹 Strong technical mindset—comfortable learning and explaining new and unfamiliar SaaS features, integrations, and workflows.
🔹 Fluent spoken English (C2 level)—able to confidently communicate with global clients during online calls and in-person meetings. Also essential – fluency in Ukrainian & Russian.
🔹 Highly organized and proactive—you anticipate client needs before they arise.
🔹 Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and team collaboration platforms (Slack, Jira, Confluence).
🔹 Basic understanding of LQA procedures is a plus, but not expected (we will train you).
🔹 Experience working remotely and managing multiple high-value customer relationships.
