Are you a seasoned Delivery Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences? This company is seeking a driven professional to join their talented team and lead the global management of translations and app deliveries across their ecommerce platforms.
As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Global management of translations across the company’s .com, 3P, and CRM platforms
- Overseeing the delivery of mobile app rollouts across 3 key markets
- Driving the global rebuild of the company’s website information architecture
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
The ideal candidate for this Delivery Manager role will have:
- Extensive experience in a similar delivery management or project management role
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-market digital initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management system.
You may have exposure to tools such as SAP CRM, Magento, Sitecore or Hybris
