From e-learning and OTT to legal and marketing content – we do it all, and we do it well. Our dubbing team is one of the finest, but we’re looking for someone who can steer this ship like a pro.
🎯 Your Role
As a Project Manager for Dubbing Projects, you’ll be the maestro coordinating multiple artists, sound engineers, language experts, and clients. From script to studio to screen – you’ll own the timeline, quality, and chaos (but in a calm, controlled way).
🛠 Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end dubbing projects across multiple Indian languages.
- Coordinate between script translators, voice-over artists, dubbing studios, editors, and QC teams.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks, anticipate delays, and course-correct in real time.
- Maintain detailed reports on artist performance, file delivery status, and QA feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients – manage expectations and communicate progress.
- Ensure linguistic and technical quality of final output (lip-sync, tone, energy, etc.).
- Maintain documentation and project management tools (we love ClickUp, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.).
✅ You Should Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing dubbing, VO, or localization projects.
- A working knowledge of audio/video workflows and file formats (MP3, WAV, MP4, etc.).
- Strong communication and people management skills (you’ll work with talent across India).
- An eye for detail – from mispronunciations to mismatched lip-syncs.
- Fluency in English (multilingual skills are a bonus).
- Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
