FRENCH UX CONTENT STRATEGIST

🔍 We’re hiring a UX Content Strategist (English–French) to craft clear, product-driven experiences for a global B2B platform.

This is not a marketing or creative writing role — it’s a strategic, user-centered position where language directly shapes how millions of users interact with complex product flows.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Write clear, concise UX content for product interfaces that guide users through actions, decisions, and journeys across the platform.
  • Break down complex product functionality and communicate it clearly through microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips, error messages, and more.
  • Adapt English content into fluent, culturally relevant French, maintaining clarity, intent, and brand voice.
  • Work closely with cross-functional product teams — including design, product management, development, and research — to build intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Use product data and KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, engagement) to guide content decisions and continuously optimize copy.
  • Help shape French UX writing standards that align with global content strategies, while reflecting local language expectations and user behavior.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • French speaker with professional fluency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or localization for digital products (experience in e-commerce or tech is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of how content supports functionality and drives product engagement across the user journey.
  • Ability to localize not just text, but also intent, structure, and emotional tone in a way that feels natural to the user.
  • Familiarity with product development cycles, agile workflows, and working within product-focused teams.
  • Data-informed mindset, strong attention to detail, and a high standard for clarity and consistency.
  • A portfolio that showcases your UX writing skills and product thinking in action.
