About The Role
We’re looking for German language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on German-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in German — making a real impact on one of the world’s most widely spoken languages.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated German translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate German
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and stylistic quality
- Flag errors, ambiguities, or awkward constructions with clear explanations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Strong written communication skills in both German and English
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a range of topics and domains
- Attention to detail and consistency in your assessments
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or editing
- Familiarity with AI-generated text or language evaluation workflows
- Experience reviewing or annotating written content professionally
