Our Enterprise team partners with furniture manufacturers and retailers worldwide to accelerate product digitalization, streamline design-to-production workflows, and deliver innovative digital solutions.
We are looking for a motivated **Thai-speaking Intern** to join our Enterprise Implementation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer success, furniture digitalization, and cross-border project delivery.
## Job Responsibilities
### Customer Coordination & Documentation
* Assist Implementation Engineers in communicating with customers in Thailand throughout project delivery.
* Collect and organize customer product information, including CAD drawings, dimensions, material specifications, hardware information, and other furniture-related documentation.
* Standardize and structure customer data to support product modeling, implementation, and digital product development.
* Prepare and maintain implementation documents and project records to ensure accurate knowledge sharing across internal teams.
### Translation & Customer Support
* Support day-to-day customer communications and project coordination.
* Participate in customer meetings and provide **Thai–English** or **Thai–Chinese** interpretation during implementation workshops, project discussions, and training sessions.
* Capture customer requirements, summarize meeting discussions, document action items, and prepare English reports for Implementation Engineers to facilitate follow-up and issue resolution.
### Thai Localization & Project Support
* Prepare, organize, and maintain Thai-language implementation materials, user guides, training documents, and project resources.
* Provide Thai language support throughout implementation projects and internal cross-functional collaboration.
* Assist in the localization and continuous improvement of implementation documentation and training materials.
## Qualifications
### Language Skills
* Native Thai speaker (Thai nationals or Thai students currently studying in China are encouraged to apply).
* Good command of **English or Chinese**, with strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with international teams.
### Education
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Preferred majors include Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Wood Science, or other related disciplines.
### Technical Skills
* Familiarity with **Coohom, AutoCAD, SketchUp**, or other CAD/3D modeling software is a plus.
* Basic understanding of the customized furniture industry (such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, storage systems, or built-in furniture) is preferred.
* Strong interest in furniture digitalization, product data management, and enterprise software implementation.
