We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our team as a Call Center Agent. ensuring effective communication with Italian-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate fluently in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Handle customer inquiries, emails, and calls in Italian.
- Assist in translation and localization of documents, reports, and marketing materials.
- Provide support in negotiations, sales, or client relations with Italian-speaking customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
