Job Summary:

We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our team as a Call Center Agent. ensuring effective communication with Italian-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate fluently in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Handle customer inquiries, emails, and calls in Italian.
  • Assist in translation and localization of documents, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Provide support in negotiations, sales, or client relations with Italian-speaking customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service, sales, project management, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Italian-speaking role..
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
