Position: Japanese Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert

Compensation: $50/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Japanese, adhering to detailed constraints and instructions.
- Produce high-quality written outputs in Japanese, with supporting work in English when required.
- Establish clear expectations for correct and high-quality responses in general consumer audio contexts.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in both Japanese and English.
- Run prompts through language models and assess generated outputs for accuracy and clarity.
- Participate in QA and review cycles to ensure tasks and outputs meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Have strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
- Possess native or near-native fluency in Japanese and professional fluency in English.
- Have strong familiarity with spoken Japanese, including regional dialects and honorific systems.
- Be able to accurately transcribe and analyze Japanese audio content across general consumer contexts.
- Be available to commit 10 20 hours per week.
