We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Engineer (BrSE) to act as a bridge between Japanese customers and offshore delivery teams for the IDE Project. The role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, project coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery. The candidate should possess strong Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) and experience working in IT projects. Responsibilities include translating business and technical documents, facilitating customer meetings, tracking project progress, and coordinating development, testing, deployment, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong stakeholder management skills. Technical exposure to Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and Confluence is preferred. Experience working with Japanese clients, onsite Japan exposure, and knowledge of Japanese business culture will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills in Japanese and English are mandatory. Candidates with experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Automotive, or Manufacturing domains are preferred. The role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
