English to Korean MTPE Translator
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and native level of Korean with excellent written communication skills.
- Solid localization experience
- Bonus points for candidates with subtitle MTPE experience and a well-rounded expertise in marketing content creation
- Familiar with CAT Tools such as XTM, Crowdin and Phrase
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on spelling and grammar.
- Professional demeanor, capable of working under tight deadlines.
Experience:
A minimum of one of the following is required:
- A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution, which includes significant translation training.
- At least 2 years of professional translation experience with a college degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional translation experience without a college degree.
- A translation competency certificate from an authorized government body.
