Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Odia Language Translator to accurately translate and localize content between English and Odia while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and cultural relevance. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over both languages and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate documents, scripts, social media content, websites, and marketing materials from English to Odia and vice versa.
- Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and contextually relevant.
- Proofread and edit translated content for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
- Work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to adapt content for Odia-speaking audiences.
- Review and improve machine-translated content when required.
- Maintain terminology and style consistency across all projects.
- Deliver high-quality translations within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Odia and English.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, and language skills.
- Experience in translation, localization, content writing, or proofreading.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with digital content, social media, and translation tools is a plus.
