What matters is that you’re highly organized, comfortable managing several moving pieces at once, confident using AI tools, and able to review documents for completeness, formatting, terminology consistency, version control, and process exceptions before routing content to the appropriate reviewers.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate translation activity across multiple languages spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas, depending on business and programme needs.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and log translation requests, ensuring all required information is provided, including source document, target language, deadline, and business context.

- Maintain a central tracker to provide visibility of request status, ownership, timelines, and completion.
- Store source, draft, validation-in-progress, and final documents in the designated SharePoint repository, ensuring each version is traceable and properly controlled.
- Confirm completion with requesters and maintain appropriate documentation records.
- Help improve the translation workflow by identifying bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
What You’ll Need
