The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Localization QA Engineer to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering high-quality, culturally relevant products to international markets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of localization QA processes, strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for ensuring seamless user experiences across languages and regions. In this role, you will help shape the quality of multilingual products, ensure adherence to international standards, and support the successful launch of localized content that resonates with users worldwide. What You’ll Do

  • Test localized versions of software across different platforms (mobile, desktop, etc.)
  • Review translations in context and report any linguistic, functional, or visual bugs
  • Ensure content is accurate, culturally appropriate, and adheres to brand tone
  • Collaborate with translators, developers, and other QA team members to improve localization quality
  • Log and track issues using bug tracking tools like Value Edge, JIRA or TestRail
  • Perform regression testing after bugs are fixed
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving localized UX

You are good at

  • 10-12 years of experience in localization QA with at least 5 years in testing and supporting multilingual products
  • Good at Test Automation specially in automation to improve efficiency of localization testing
  • Familiarity with different international languages having good Knowledge of linguistic nuances, especially across different scripts like RTL or Asian languages
  • Familiarity with localization tools (e.g: Passolo & Trados) and bug tracking platforms
  • Understanding of software testing concepts and best practices
  • Keen eye for detail and sensitivity to language/cultural nuances
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
