Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain and foster longstanding relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Arabic (written & verbal) with our client and align with our internal production team to ensure all translation projects are managed efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines and expectations.
- Negotiate and align on agreements to secure beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure all translation projects are on track to be delivered on time.
- Utilize analytical and financial skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Address client feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Apply creativity and strategic thinking to enhance service offerings.
- Provide insights based on client interactions to improve processes and services.
- Fully understand the company´s capabilities and services and needs to effectively communicate these accordingly to the client.
- Schedule/attend client meetings and share meeting minutes with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and participate in creating the relevant business reports.

- Background in translation and localization preferred.
