Job Description

To support our global expansion and growing business needs, we are seeking a detail-oriented Localization Associate to join our Product Operations team. You will support the Localization Manager in orchestrating end-to-end translation projects, ensuring that our products and communications maintain the highest quality standards across all supported languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end translation lifecycle, including collecting stakeholder requirements, scoping requests, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Workflow Management: Prepare projects in CAT tools, verify source content quality, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all localization assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough linguistic and functional QA checks, ensuring adherence to Term Bases, Style Guides, and locale-specific requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned internal stakeholders, gathering their needs and providing clear, proactive updates on project status.
  • Process Improvement: Support localization bug fixing and contribute to the maintenance of translation memories and terminology glossaries.
  • Reporting: Track project metrics and contribute to process documentation to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Philology, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; written fluency in Arabic is required. Intermediate written proficiency in additional languages (especially Chinese, Korean, Turkish, or Thai) is highly valued.
  • Experience: Proven experience in translation, localization, or linguistic project management.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is highly valued.
  • A tech-forward mindset and curiosity to leverage AI as a co-pilot to automate routine localization tasks, freeing you up for complex problem-solving, stakeholder management, and navigating deep cultural and linguistic nuances.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

Additional Information

  • Applicants must be eligible to work and live in Poland
  • Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office)
  • Contract of Employment
  • The salary range will be shared following the skills assessment stage of this recruitment process
