Optomi, in partnership with a leading media and entertainment company, is looking for a Localization Manager to join their team in Burbank, CA.
Position Summary: The Localization Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, coordination, and completion of localization projects. This role requires setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress while preparing reports for upper management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in localization management to lead day-to-day operations, interface with multiple business units, and ensure the delivery of content to streaming platforms.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- Experience in managing content localization workflow (Minimum 1 year)
- Project management experience in localization (Minimum 3 years)
- Extensive knowledge of localization workflows in the entertainment industry
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Manage various content, including artwork and metadata localization workstreams
- Validate and certify readiness, liaising with vendors, supporting workstream through project management and asset prep facilitation
- Communicate project and title level updates cross-functionally and with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with internal product and platform technology teams to ensure required delivery systems are appropriately supported
- Financial responsibility for invoice validation and submission
- Develop statistical metrics for Senior Management analysis
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
