Responsibilities
- Lead localization projects supporting digital content across eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and regional digital channels
- Manage end-to-end localization workflows using translation management systems and translation memory tools
- Partner with internal teams and external language specialists to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
- Coordinate localization efforts for campaigns, engineering releases, product launches, and ongoing content updates
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies while proactively addressing issues and escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects in agency, client-side, localization, or digital production environments
- Experience managing localization, internationalization, and/or globalization programs
- Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for customer experience and the role localization plays in delivering effective global content
