Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end content localization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials, website content, and other assets.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and localization vendors, ensuring clear expectations, accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency across languages.
- Work closely with Marketing, Web, Product and Regional Teams to align on localization needs and messaging.
- Provide regular updates on localization project status, key blockers, and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in language localization or translation, preferably on the client side.
- Proven experience localizing web pages, email campaigns, paid ads, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
- Experience with translation tools such as SDL Trados Studio, Wordfast, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple localization projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with marketing teams, designers, developers, and regional stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot localization challenges and propose scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Duration: June ’25 – December ‘25
Location: Remote, USA
Pay: $53/hr
