About This Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UX Copywriter to support our copywriting team with localisation and day-to-day content operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about content, language, and working in a global digital product environment. You will help ensure our content is clear, consistent, and tailored for customers across multiple markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the localisation of product, marketing, and support content across multiple regions
  • Coordinate localisation workflows by tracking requests, updates, and timelines
  • Perform quality checks to ensure content aligns with brand voice and localisation standards
  • Maintain and organise content libraries, templates, and documentation
  • Create and update internal and customer-facing copy using established guidelines
  • Build and QA email templates, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and localisation readiness
  • Collaborate with copywriters and stakeholders to ensure smooth content operations

Position Requirements

  • Some experience or exposure to content, localisation, translation, or coordination tasks
  • Strong written English and Spanish and excellent attention to detail (both languages are mandatory)
  • Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable using CMS, ticketing, or documentation tools
  • Proactive, curious, and open to learning and feedback
  • Interest in localisation, multilingual content, and global user experience
