This role sits at the intersection of motion design, performance marketing, and global content localization, focusing on adapting high-performing video creatives for diverse international audiences. You will help transform original campaign assets into culturally relevant, localized versions that resonate across multiple regions and languages. Working within a fast-paced growth environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing and localization teams to continuously iterate on ad creatives. The position requires a strong balance of creativity and efficiency, with an emphasis on scalable production workflows. You will also integrate cutting-edge AI tools into your daily work to enhance ideation, editing, and localization. This is a highly experimental and data-aware environment where creative testing and optimization are part of the everyday process. Your work will directly contribute to improving global campaign performance and user acquisition.
Accountabilities
- Adapt and localize high-performing video ads for multiple global markets, ensuring cultural relevance and native-level communication across regions such as LATAM, EMEA, and SEA.
- Create motion design assets that maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance marketing goals and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and localization teams to iterate quickly on creative concepts based on performance insights and campaign needs.
- Use AI-powered tools for video generation, enhancement, dubbing, and localization workflows, integrating them into efficient production pipelines.
- Test and experiment with new creative formats, visual effects, and editing techniques to improve production speed and output quality.
- Participate in agile workflows, contributing across multiple campaign types and adapting quickly between different creative squads.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in motion design or video production, preferably with exposure to global or localized campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the ability to structure projects for scalable localization workflows.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, and layout adaptation across different languages and script systems.
- Experience using AI tools for creative production, such as video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing principles and how visuals influence conversion and engagement.
- Ability to work with a modular editing mindset, building flexible creative systems from reusable components.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Figma for design collaboration and asset preparation.
