Operations Coordinator (500188)

💥One of the Big Five Tech Companies is looking for an Enablement & Operations Coordinator!💥

Located in Tel Aviv.

You will support the day-to-day workflow of the company’s learning ecosystem by facilitating vendor activities, pulling and analyzing platform data, and ensuring learning materials are communicated effectively to internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

*Learning Localization & AI Integration: Coordinate the localization of learning materials by utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline workflows. *Facilitate the adaptation of content for global audiences, ensuring high quality and regional relevance.

*Data Extraction & Analysis: Pull raw data from the learning platform and consolidate it into actionable reports.

*Analyze completion rates and performance metrics to help identify knowledge gaps and track the success of enablement efforts.

*Vendor Activity Coordination: Act as the operational point of contact for vendor partners. Support the execution of learning tasks, track progress against deadlines, and ensure vendors have the necessary resources to succeed.

*Platform Support: Assist with the administrative setup of internal courses within the LMS. Maintain course updates, quizzes, and technical configurations to ensure a smooth user experience.

*Enablement Communications: Support the distribution of communications for internal and external learning courses. Assist in drafting and deploying updates to drive awareness and participation in global training programs.

*Operational Flow: Facilitate the exchange of information between internal teams and service providers to resolve day-to-day operational hurdles and keep projects on track.

Requirements

*Experience: 2+ years in an enablement or operations support role, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making.

*Analytical Skills: Proficient in pulling data from platforms and using tools (such as Sheets/Excel or dashboards) to analyze trends and create reports.

*Execution-Focused: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously.

*Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to assist in the messaging of learning initiatives to diverse audiences.
