Procurement Staff in Translation & Localization

GTE Localize is looking for a Procurement Staff (Vendor Coordinator) in Translation & Localization Industry to join our expanding team. Details are as follow:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Recruit qualified freelance translators of different language combinations for translation & localization projects.
  • Negotiating rates per word and discounts according to project volume and budgets.
  • Maintaining the database and relationship with existing freelance translators.
  • Other vendor management tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Comfortably using English in everyday tasks.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in any field, preferably in Translation & Localization Industry
  • Priority is given to candidates who graduated from language majors.
  •  Strong communication and research skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  •  Prior experience in roles such as Vendor Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, Procument Staff is an advantage.
  • Command of another language (Chinese; Japanese; Korean; etc.) is a plus.
