About the Role
Scriptoniq is looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end multilingual projects, from client requirements through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning → resource allocation → production → QA → delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, translators, linguists, vendors, and QA teams.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Handle client communication, feedback, escalations, and reporting.
- Monitor quality, productivity, deadlines, and project profitability.
- Identify project risks and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain project trackers, SOPs, and documentation.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Localization, Translation, or Language Services.
- Experience managing multilingual projects and international clients.
- Experience managing translators, freelancers, vendors, or distributed teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication.
Preferred: Experience with CAT/TMS tools, localization platforms, LQA, game localization, medical translation, or AI data projects.
