Creative Connections and Commons (https://cccjph.com/) is currently looking for a dynamic and creative Recruitment Specialist to help us source and onboard translators, editors, designers, and other project-based staff across the globe!
Job Details/Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for various linguistic, creative, and data entry roles
- Create and manage job posts, applications, and tests
- Coordinate closely with internal teams on hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain and update our internal talent database
- Support other HR tasks, such as performance tracking and research on industry and country-specific HR trends
Primary requirements:
- At least two years of solid experience in outsourced/freelance international staffing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to hit recruitment targets within specific timeframes (freelance recruitment is fast-paced)
- Internet and information savvy
- Comfortable using Google Apps (Forms, Sheets, etc.), LinkedIn, Canva, and various recruitment platforms
- Bonus: Knowledge of the localization or comics industry
- The role is full-time and office-based (hybrid setup after probationary period).
