Sales Specialist in Germany

SWS Translation Agency is the German division of Swiss Solutions, one of Europe’s top language service providers.

With over 20 years of experience, the company offers a full range of language services, including specialized translations, interpreting, proofreading, desktop publishing (DTP), subtitling, voiceover, and localization for international companies.

We seek a highly motivated Sales Specialist based in Germany to join our growing team.

General Responsibilities:

 

·       Develop effective sales strategies for acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and enhancing client loyalty

·       Build and manage your database of potential clients

·       Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and schedule in-person or virtual meetings

· Participate in different fairs in Germany

·       Consult clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored language service solutions

·       Prepare customized offers based on client needs, and handle contract negotiation, pricing, and payment terms

·       Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

·       Follow up on payments and ensure financial compliance for all assigned projects

·       Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and service delivery

·       Stay informed about the events and innovations that occur in the translation industry

Experience/ Qualifications:

·       Holds self-accountable for achieving goals and standards

·       Excellent communication (written, verbal, over the phone) and collaboration skills

·       Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills

·       The ability to handle multiple tasks in short periods

· Excellent negotiation skills and strong attention to detail

·       Excellent command of German and English

·       A university degree required or equivalent relevant work experience

·       Sales experience is a plus
