Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Content Delivery Manager to join a growing Content Production team supporting a large multinational client. The Senior Content Delivery Manager will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of content adaptation/localization projects for a multinational client; ensure timelines, quality, and brand consistency while coordinating internal teams.
We have multiple location – Turkiye, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Czech
Key Responsibilities
- Review briefs, flag gaps, and secure inputs (master creatives, guidelines, master copy, source files).
- Convert briefs into clear tasks for the content team and drive execution.
- Track progress, prioritize work, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform final QA of localized content vs brief and brand standards.
- Coordinate with copywriters/proofreaders for language quality checks.
- Act as client POC: share updates, manage milestones/risks, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Communications/Marketing/Business or similar).
- 4+ years in PM/client servicing/content production.
- Mandatory agency experience (multi-market/multinational exposure preferred).
- Fluent English.
- Strong understanding of digital content workflows, especially localization.
- Proficiency with PM tools (monday.com/ClickUp or similar).
- Candidate should be native or bilingual
