Spanish Localization Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
We’re looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact across one of the world’s most widely spoken languages and its many regional varieties.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional appropriateness
- Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, and formality levels
- Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and relevance
- Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and cultural mismatches
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve overall localization quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants (Latin American, Castilian, etc.)
- Experience adapting or evaluating content for Spanish-speaking audiences
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Attention to detail and consistency
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, or content adaptation
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of multiple Spanish regional dialects and their nuances
