Role Description
- Review and quality assurance of English subtitles for Korean content, including TV series, films, and variety shows
- Create, maintain, and manage project-specific glossaries and terminology databases
- Provide and incorporate internal and external feedback to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and overall subtitle quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and support various localization projects and related operational tasks
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in subtitle translation, subtitling, or linguistic review (required)
- Passionate about building a long-term career in the media localization industry
- Strong interest in media content and a keen eye for subtitle quality and detail
- Native-level proficiency in both Korean and English, with excellent command of both languages
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Receptive to feedback and committed to open, constructive communication
