Position: Tagalog Language Expert

Role Responsibilities
- Translate, localize, and review Tagalog content to ensure accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with project managers and language experts to meet project requirements within deadlines.
- Evaluate and edit written materials for clarity, correctness, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on Tagalog language usage, including idiomatic expressions and regional nuances.
- Assist in developing and maintaining language resources, glossaries, and style guides.
- Conduct linguistic quality assurance and participate in feedback cycles for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have native or near-native proficiency in Tagalog and an excellent command of English.
- Have proven experience in translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Tagalog grammar, orthography, and stylistic conventions.
