Position: Techno Functional SME/Consultant (Technical Project Manager)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Techno Functional SME/Consultant with strong technical project management skills and experience supporting localization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review source code and configuration modules to extract:
- Business rules
- Process flows
- System logic and validation parameters
- Collaborate with technical teams using AI-enabled parsing tools to generate system flow diagrams and documentation.
- Validate extracted business logic and flow diagrams against expected system behavior and existing documentation.
- Maintain a master list of business rules and validation requirements for localization purposes.
- Work closely with global and China-based teams to align functionality, scope, and standards.
- Support accurate translation of technical documentation into Mandarin.
- Act as a bilingual liaison to ensure clear communication between global teams and China localization efforts.
- Provide expert guidance, particularly in areas like item setup, pricing, and distribution
- Use a structured, detail-oriented approach to validate business logic and ensure system accuracy.
- Leverage AI-based tools for code analysis and documentation generation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience working with AI tools to analyze legacy code.
