Role Description
As a full-time TikTok Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and implementing content strategies on TikTok to expand the company’s online presence. Key responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing content, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with followers, and developing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. This is a hybrid position based in Pasig, allowing flexibility to work both onsite and remotely as needed.

- Content Creation, Video Editing, and Creative Storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and platform analytics
- Social Media Management and Engagement experience
- Strategic Planning and Campaign Development skills
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing approaches and trends
- Experience with brand development on social media platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in managing social media for businesses is preferred
