Transcreation Account Manager

  • The Role:

We are looking for a pioneering, innovative account manager to further inspire our clients and agency partners to deliver the marketing campaign of tomorrow and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Day-to-day contact and coordination between Hogarth Transcreation Management, Production Teams (Digital/Print/Broadcast), client stakeholders and linguist teams 
  • Maintain strong communication skills with clients and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand. Strive to improve client and stakeholder relationships 
  • Respond to client language briefs / campaigns and full management of multilingual projects from briefing / planning through to delivery 
  • Be on hand to take care of client queries / questions throughout the language process, and act as a language advisor for the client where required 
  • Highlight, escalate and address quality control issues 
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas 
  • Manage agreed budgets and administration 
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the agreed rate card 
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function 
  • Respond to information requests from Senior Transcreation Account Managers / Transcreation Team Leads and support by supplying client management information and reporting 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a Localization Project Management role 
  • Proven experience of managing and servicing international client accounts in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong communication skills including solid experience in client communication 
  • Fluent oral and written English is essential, and any other language capabilities are desirable 
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused with a clear understanding of international brand challenges 
  • High level of IT literacy and numeracy skills 
  • Strong skills in prioritization, multi-tasking, time management and attention to detail 
  • Proven team working skills 
  • Quality Management experience 
  • Ability to innovate, be analytical, and think ‘outside of the box’ 
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure 
  • CAT Tool / TMS experience 
  • Ability to work UK business hours (ie. 9am – 6pm UK time) 
  • Experience in Transcreation discipline 
  • Production (Digital/Print/Broadcast) / DTP experience 
  • Vendor Management experience
