.This is a strategic, cross-functional Senior Project Manager – GTM role, partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to deliver high-impact programmes that support global growth
.The role will also own the operational framework for translation and localisation workflows, helping the business scale internationally in a consistent and efficient way

Key Requiremen
ts• 8+ years’ project or programme management experien
ce• Background in SaaS, technology or another fast-paced scaling environme
nt• Experience leading complex, strategic GTM programm
es• Strong exposure to Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success or Enablement tea
ms• Experience with translation, localisation or internationalisation workflo
ws• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skil
ls• Strong operational rigour across frameworks, workflows, dashboards and reporti
ng• Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and cross-functional dependenci
es• Experience with tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspa
