About the Role

Lashbrook is seeking a Vietnamese Video Editor & SOP Translation Specialist to support the

localization of internal training materials and manufacturing processes for its Vietnam-based teams. This role will be responsible for translating SOPs and operational documentation from English to Vietnamese while refining and adapting training videos to ensure clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, has strong video editing skills, and can accurately communicate manufacturing processes and day-to-day operational workflows through both written and visual content.

Responsibilities

● Translate SOPs, training materials, and process documentation from English to Vietnamese.

● Translate day-to-day operational and manufacturing workflows while maintaining accuracy and

clarity.

● Review, edit, and refine existing training videos created by internal teams.

● Extend video clips and improve pacing where necessary to enhance instructional content.

● Create or coordinate Vietnamese voiceovers for training videos.

● Add and synchronize Vietnamese captions and on-screen text.

● Ensure translated materials accurately reflect the original processes and procedures.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical terminology and workflow details.

● Maintain consistency across documentation, video content, and training materials.

Requirements

● Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Vietnamese.

● Strong English communication and translation skills.

● Experience translating documents, SOPs, or business processes from English to Vietnamese.

● Experience editing video content, preferably training or instructional videos.

● Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.

● Ability to understand and communicate operational and manufacturing workflows.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

● Excellent organizational and communication skills.

● Must be located in Vietnam.

Bonus Experience

● Previous experience translating manufacturing or production-related documentation.

● Experience creating training materials or employee onboarding content.

● Familiarity with video localization, subtitling, and voiceover production.

● Experience working with U.S.-based companies or international teams.

● Basic motion graphics or advanced video editing techniques.
