Voice Actor – Italian Speakers (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We’re looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal performances and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, professional recording experience, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You’ll Do
- Record high-quality Italian voice performances based on provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and tone
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated audio outputs
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian with a natural, confident speaking voice
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances across different styles and registers
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, cadence, and overall speech quality
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with home studio recording and audio editing
- Familiarity with different Italian regional accents or dialects
- Background in broadcasting, theatre, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
- Prior exposure to audio quality evaluation or localization work
