Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Translation Business Manager. The Translation Business Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of translation projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate with translators and other team members. The role includes supervising the project life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, maintaining quality standards, and developing business strategies to expand market reach. Additionally, the Manager will handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience in translation services, localization, and language expertise
  • Budgeting, financial forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with translation and project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
