Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for digital products, ensuring effective UX localization tailored to the Japanese market.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency, localization accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Develop engaging marketing copy for websites, product descriptions, social media, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless, user-centered experiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to refine content strategy.
- Maintain and update content libraries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in UX writing or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in UX writing for B2B SaaS, payments, fintech, or POS systems.
- Strong command of Japanese writing with a deep understanding of local cultural nuances and user behavior.
- Fluency in Japanese (native-level) and business-level English.
- Proficiency in content localization tools and familiarity with style guides and tone-of-voice documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong editorial skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX writing, in-product content, or website copywriting (please ensure access is provided).

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)

職務内容:
- 日本のマーケットに特化した効果的なユーザーエクスペリエンス (UX) を確保しつつ、わかりやすく正確で、ユーザー目線に立ったデジタル・プロダクト向けのコピーを作成する。
- 内容の一貫性、ローカライゼーションの的確性、ブランドボイスや各種スタイル・ガイドラインとの整合性の維持を目的に、コンテンツの編集や修正を行う。
- ウェブサイト、製品説明書、ソーシャルメディア、その他のデジタルチャネル向けに、魅力的なマーケティングコピーを作成する。
- プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、その他の開発者らと連携し、シームレスで顧客を主体としたユーザーエクスペリエンスを作り出す。
- 業界のトレンド、競合、消費者行動に関する調査を実施し、コンテンツ戦略の見直しや改善を実行する。
- 各タッチポイントに対するメッセージが正確かつ最新のものとなるよう、コンテンツライブラリーを維持・更新する。
スキル及び経験：
- 3〜5年のコピーライターとしての経験。ユーザーエクスペリエンス領域やデジタルマーケティング領域での経験があることが望ましい。
- BtoB、SaaS、支払業務、フィンテック、POSシステムといった領域でのユーザーエクスペリエンス・ライティングの経験。
- 日本の文化や消費者行動を深く理解し、日本語の文章作成能力に長けていること。
- 母国語レベルの日本語能力と、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有していること。
- スタイルガイドやトーンオブボイスによる文章化に精通した上で、コンテンツローカライゼーションツールを使いこなせること。
- 細部にまで目が行き届くこと、確かな編集スキルを有していること、厳しいスケジュールの下でも独力で業務を遂行できること。
- UXライティング、製品コンテンツ、ウェブサイトコピーライティングに十分な経験を有すること。
