Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
- Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
- Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
- Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
- Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
- Handle client inquires via Emails, calls and chats to provide appropriate solution, thereby increasing business.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Coordination and effective decision-making skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact.
