Product Content Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the product content localization team and manage the content designers to foster close collaboration with product managers to develop captivating product and service description content for diverse range of customer-facing digital channels including but not limited to the apps, webpages and the emails in multi-languages; Deliver structured, organized and carefully worded content that ensures clarity, coherence, and a seamless flow of information to engage and captivate our online customers;

2. Work with the multilingual translators to manage the ongoing content localization & Linguistic Quality Assurance(LQA) tasks.

3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity throughout all content and ensure strict adherence to our style guide, TOV and glossary; Assure the style guide and glossy of the responsible language are timely evolved with market trend and user demand;

4. Own the ongoing optimization for both existing content and the newly created copies; Leverage the cutting-edge creative writing and translation technologies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

5.Actively conduct market and industry research, possess product thinking, proactively identify copy optimization points through product business metric data, and track optimization effectiveness through data feedback.

Requirements:

1. Working level in English and Chinese, team and project management experience, with the ability to think strategically and creatively from the user’s perspective.

2. Exceptional multitasking capabilities and effective time management skills including adept prioritization, meticulous scheduling, and adaptability to changing circumstances; Excellent logical and communication skills, proficient in project management, eager to continuously study, and able to understand and explain relevant concepts concretely.

3. Excel in collaboration and be open to feedback, focusing on tasks and having adaptability, demonstrating a positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and interpersonal skills.

4. Passion for staying up-to-date with travel industry trends, new product and technologies, and emerging UX writing best practices.

5.Possess an international perspective, and a background of working or living abroad is preferred.
