About The Role
We’re seeking a Shopify Manager to lead the charge in building and scaling regionally adapted Shopify storefronts that resonate with local markets. This role is ideal for someone with deep Shopify experience who also understands the value of cultural context in digital marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally to implement high-performing, localized strategies that drive conversions and enhance the customer experience across diverse global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify storefronts across multiple markets—ensuring fast load times, intuitive UX, and SEO-friendly content
- Launch and maintain localized product pages, navigation, and promotions tailored to specific regional audiences
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to roll out localized campaigns directly within Shopify, from landing pages to seasonal sales initiatives
- Coordinate translations, product descriptions, visual assets, and store-specific settings to ensure a consistent yet locally relevant customer journey
- Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations—including inventory visibility, collection tagging, and third-party app integrations
- Conduct A/B tests and gather insights to improve site performance and user flow
- Work with internal teams and vendors to align store structure with regional preferences, payment methods, and fulfillment requirements
- Create and maintain a centralized store update calendar and ensure timely implementation of content and campaign rollouts
- Recruit, manage, and support freelancers or in-house contributors involved in localization, including translators and regional marketing assistants
- Analyze Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and customer behavior data to refine store and content strategies
- Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates, e-commerce trends, and international digital marketing best practices
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in Shopify store management, localization, or e-commerce operations
- Proven ability to manage multi-market Shopify stores and implement content tailored to specific regions
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of how localization impacts user engagement and sales performance
- Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, or similar
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on delivering performance-driven outcomes
- Passionate about combining data with cultural relevance to build seamless, localized e-commerce experiences
