Our partner is a leading crypto exchange company who is giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications. They are currently building a HUB in Budapest (XIII. District) and seeking customer service agents with different language skills to support global customers via mainly chat.

What will you do:
- Handling inquiries and issues from global customers through various channels, including email, chat, and voice (90% of the task is through live-chat)
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and the marketing team, to address complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services, etc.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of company products to effectively communicate with customers
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Escalating any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors as directed by the operations management when they cannot be resolved within standard procedures.

- At least 1 year of experience in language-related roles, including translation, interpretation, or localization.
- Ability to work in Hungary without visa/work-permit
- Fluent language proficiency in English
- Fluent language proficiency in German or French or Italian or Polish Or Dutch
- Willingness to work in shifts (shifts start at: 08:00, 14:00, 22:00 – 8 hour work)
- Willingness to work at weekends (5 days workday/week)
- Willingness to work on site in the trial period (3 months), then hybrid model (3 days at the office)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver multilingual support.
