Job Description

Reporting to the Production Director we are searching for an experienced Video Editor focusing on localization to enhance our production team. Our team utilizes automated processes to create content in dynamic, scalable, high-volume deliveries.

You’ll join a fantastic team directly working on client work for Google and more. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and quality control skills. You are an Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite expert with a background in localization for global markets.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video & Motion Graphics Editor with strong After Effects expertise to join our growing post-production team. You’ll focus on fast-paced video adaptations and localization, working across global brands like Google and others.

someone who can work with existing master files and adapt them quickly, efficiently, and accurately into multiple formats, sizes, and languages.

You’re comfortable working in After Effects as your main tool, confident in navigating large project files, and understand how to optimize projects for automation and bulk delivery workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Adapt master video assets (animated & live-action) for different languages, markets, and formats

  • Work with producers and creative leads to deliver high volumes of localized versions

  • Maintain and improve AE projects for automation compatibility

  • Apply quality control for video and motion design adaptations

  • Ensure exports match spec requirements for social media, TV commercials, and DOOH formats

  • Manage your own timelines and flag risks early.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a fast-paced studio or localization environment

  • Strong After Effects skills

  • Experience with Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Confident working across a variety of deliverable formats and specs: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, TVC, DOOH, and more

  • Comfortable with technical editing, versioning, and system-based workflows

  • Familiarity with localization needs (timing, formatting, language issues)

  • Awareness of picture and audio specs for social platforms and broadcast deliveries

  • Fast editor: You can work through high volumes with speed and precision

  • Nice to have: knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Organized, communicative, and able to work independently in a team structure.

Essential skills:

  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additionals include Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Excellent knowledge of post-production workflows.
  • Familiar with design systems, video automation, for After Effects, and working with plug-ins like True Comp Duplicator, Text 2 Spreadsheet, and Automation Blocks.
  • Familiar with creating MOGRTs for Premiere and working and editing them between Premiere and After Effects.
  • Look at an After Effects or Premiere project and know exactly how to improve the project for automated processes.
