💼 Role:
We are looking for a Localization and Regulatory Affairs Specialist to help us bring our AI-based cancer risk assessment service to the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will handle the translation of the system interface, localization of medical content, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance in Spain, including GDPR, data privacy, and integration into healthcare systems.
🔍 About Us:
We’ve developed an AI-powered tool that helps primary care physicians assess the risk of 16 types of cancer based on patient-reported symptoms. Our solution is designed to assist doctors in making informed decisions about referrals to oncologists.
Now, we’re preparing for international expansion — starting with Spain — and need your expertise to ensure both linguistic accuracy and legal compliance.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Translate and localize UI elements, questionnaires, results, and recommendations.
- Ensure cultural and medical relevance of translated content.
- Analyze Spanish legislation related to digital health tools.
- Advise on GDPR compliance, data handling, and integration with public health systems.
- Collaborate with developers and legal advisors to implement requirements.
🧠 Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Spanish, English.
- Experience translating technical/medical content.
- Strong understanding of Spanish healthcare regulations and digital health landscape.
- Familiarity with GDPR, especially as it applies to medical data.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and communicate findings clearly.
