We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Clinical Content Specialist (3 months contract) to support the localization and production of educational content for our global learning platforms, including OrthoPedia and Arthrex Global University (AGU). This role is ideal for someone with strong language skills-particularly in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and adapt clinical and educational content from English into Japanese (priority), with additional capabilities in Korean and/or Chinese an advantage.
- Collaborate with medical education and clinical teams to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
- Assist in the finalization of translated video content, including subtitling and voiceover coordination where applicable.
- Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to edit and finalize video content
- Manage translation and video production timelines using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Ensure consistency in terminology and tone across all translated materials.
- Support quality assurance processes for localized content.
Education and Experience:
- Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required; additional fluency in Korean and/or Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese is essential, as the role requires the incumbent to translate educational content from English into one or if not all of these languages.
- Experience in medical or clinical content translation is highly preferred.
- Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
