We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts across industries, helping clients bridge linguistic and cultural divides through powerful digital storytelling.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone with a consultative mindset and strong experience selling content localisation, multimedia production, or digital marketing services. You’ll work directly with CXOs, marketing heads, and L&D leaders across industries like eCommerce, BFSI, Tech, Pharma, Media, and Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for services such as:
- Translation, Transcreation, Subtitling, Dubbing
- Multilingual SEO, Multimedia Localisation, AR/VR
- eLearning & Courseware Localization
- Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — for enterprise and mid-size accounts.
- Develop custom proposals, bundled solutions, and ROI-based pitches.
- Engage with senior decision-makers, including Marketing, L&D, and Product heads.
- Collaborate with solution architects, production teams, and localisation experts.
- Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts, and report KPIS regularly.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience in language services, multimedia, digital marketing, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of:
- Localization & Cultural Adaptation
- Voice-over, Subtitling, AR/VR, eLearning
- Multilingual SEO & Content Strategy
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- CRM-savvy (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and fluent in using digital outreach tools.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, target orientation, and a consultative approach.
